## Run Da 608: seizure and prosecution
PRODUCE reported the seizure of 19 tonnes of squid in 2018; prosecutors reported a trial referral in 2020. The requested sentence is not a verified final judgment. [S46, S47]

## Wildlife moved through the postal system
Peruvian prosecutors reported a five-year sentence for Yuelin Gan Cao over shark fins sent through three postal consignments toward Hong Kong. The record follows a land-and-air logistics chain, not only a fishing vessel. [S51, S52]

## Access rules and ownership histories
The 2024 monitoring rules belong beside actual entry decisions. The Damanzaihao history adds a different problem: its 2015 IUU listing and 2020 removal must both remain visible. [S13, S65]

## Open research questions
- Retrieve the final Run Da 608 judgment, any appeal and the disposition of the seized catch.
- Compare port-entry permits, monitoring compliance and medical or crew-change exceptions.
- Seek customs lot records and corporate filings that connect the catch, processor and beneficial owner at the relevant date.

The hub combines separate enforcement, trade and corporate cases. A port visit, foreign investment or ownership change is not inherently illicit.
